As Chief Operating Officer, Shane Manternach works closely with the management team to develop and implement organizational strategies, policies, and practices.

Shane joined the company in the second quarter of 2011 and took over as Director of Operations in 2015 and moved into the Chief Operating Officer role in 2019. Shane's tenure with RT&T has encompassed management of both recruiting and operations departments.

Prior to joining RT&T Enterprises, Manternach was a recruiter for over seven years, with a larger carrier of over 3,000 trucks. Manternach earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa.
